This elk and 6 or 7 of his brothers were enjoying a sunny but cold afternoon on Tuesday.
It was -18 degrees last night at our home. The water in our kitchen sink and bar sink froze even with an extremely complicated system to avoid freezing. By this morning it had thawed and we had water. We are keeping our fingers crossed for tonight. The dogs seem to be handling the cold weather well.
