Summer turned 15 years old Yesterday
She is in the 9th Grade at Corner Canyon High School in
Draper, Utah

Summer is a Scholar Athlete
She excels in the classroom and on the Field
She is a good friend to all and a kind Sister
She is an appreciative and respectful Daughter
EVERYONE loves this Girl!!!

Friday night of last week, Chuck and I accompanied Summer's family to Moab, Utah where Summer competed in the Utah Finals for High School Mountain Biking
What a great way to celebrate her Birthday!

224 Students participated in this all day Event
Summer raced on the Freshman Team for Corner Canyon HS
There were approx 30 riders in her race which covered 10 Miles through the desert on a single track approx 2ft Wide  

Summer was definitely the most beautiful rider of the Day

Summer, Poppy and I have loved watching you grow from a little girl to a beautiful young woman.  We have enjoyed attending soccer matches, softball games, and piano and dance recitals.

We look forward to what the future has in store for You

*I know that Parker would have loved to see Summer coming around that final turn to the finish with " her game face on. " On Friday afternoon, Chuck and I attended Parker's last football game of the season against East HS.  He played in the quarter finals with his team the Corner Canyon HS Chargers.  What a remarkable season he had!!!! The game ended at 6:30 and we were on the road by 7:00, in the dark, headed to Moab for the 250 mile trek to cheer on Summer the next morning.  This is why we left Sunny California!!!  XO
