POPOVERS......THEY'RE A MIRACLE

Popovers
Baked in my Oven

Baking time 40 Minutes

Peach Preserves
From Fredricksberg, Texas

Served with Butter
and Peach Preserves

FABULOUS!!!!!!


Popovers
3 eggs in blender
1 1/4 c milk add and blend
1 1/4 c flour add
1/4 tsp salt add
Blend for 2 minutes
add 1 T melted butter
Blend 1 minute

Spray popover pan with Pam
Put 1/4 of a pat of butter into each Cup
Put into a hot 400 degree oven until butter Bubbles
Remove from oven and fill each cup 1/2 full of Batter
Bake at 400 for 20 Minutes
Reduce heat to 300 and bake an additional 20 Minutes

ENJOY !!!!!
Serve Hot....Not as good Cold
