In the next two weeks little tokens of friendship, kindness, and affection will appear on our doorstep. This little elf was our first token. His cap was wrapped around a bottle of 7UP and is now hanging on my back door. He gives a little jingle every time we open the door. We again are giving Chex Mix in a Mason Jar. I had no time for this "nonsense" when we lived in California, but I have learned to enjoy the giving and the receiving.
